SIM Member Non-Practitioner - SOLD OUT
If you recruit two practitioners to attend, receive a $300 refund on registration fee. Attendees must be new registrants and list your name as their referral on registration. Attendees cannot be SIM volunteers / chapter leaders.
Sponsorships are available, and registration is included with sponsorship. Contact Kristen Lamoreaux for special SIM Vendor Member sponsorship opportunities.
In fairness to our sponsors, solution partner/vendor organizations who are not SIM members will not be permitted to participate unless they are sponsoring the Leadership Summit.

Fly into either D/FW Airport (15 mins) or Love Field (20 mins).

Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are all easily accessed at either airport.
Driving
The hotel offers overnight valet parking for guests for $25, overnight self-parking for guests for $18, and day self-parking for $10.

Dress Code:
Business Casual and a Smile dresses up any outfit! Facility temperatures can be unpredictable, so make sure to pack something to keep you warm in the room during the day. During the month of May, the average high is 85*F and the average low is 64*F in Dallas, TX.
Travel Information
The Women's Leadership Summit will begin with mentoring sessions in the early morning. If you are flying in, we highly recommend you fly in early on May 13. There will be a Cocktail Hour for those arriving on the 13th leaving ample time to network and connect informally for dinner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to sim@simnet.org. Full conference registration refund requests received by April 22, 2024 will receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after April 22, 2024. Substitutions are permitted. To streamline onsite registration for the substitute, we appreciate advance notification of substitutions whenever possible.
